Who Is TJ Harris?
Meet TJ Harris
TJ Harris is the Founder & CEO of BLAC. He is named Man of the Year (2025) by the California State Assembly and Activist of the Year. TJ is also a celebrated author and sought-after speaker. He has worked with hundreds of students and emerging professionals — especially first-generation, nontraditional, and justice-impacted learners — helping them build confidence, discipline, and real-world leadership skills that translate into degrees, careers, and community impact.
TJ blends the fire of a motivational speaker, the strategy of a leadership coach, the honesty of a big brother, and the purpose-driven passion of a modern-day activist who refuses to let you shrink.
When TJ speaks, young leaders rise. When he teaches, growth happens.
